The Unity Health Wellness Hub on the campus of Upstate Circle of Friends is now open — bringing critical health services directly into the heart of the Belle Meade community.

Greenville Health Authority is proud to have supported this transformative project with a $1.4 million, three-year (2022–2025) Healthy Greenville grant awarded to Unity Health on Main, Upstate Circle of Friends, Just Say Something, and community partners including the Upstate American Heart Association.

Long considered a health care desert, the Belle Meade community — and District 25 more broadly — now has access to a wide range of physical and mental health services through the new wellness hub. This investment strengthens access to care, promotes health equity, and improves quality of life for residents and families throughout the area.
