Greenville Health Authority welcomes three new trustees to its Board of Trustees – Richard P. “Phil” Carter: Phil is a nationally recognized investigator, security consultant, and retired federal agent with nearly three decades of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, and complex criminal investigations. He is the Founder and Principal of Sierra Consulting LLC, a Greenville-based investigative and risk consulting firm providing domestic and international investigative services to law firms, corporations, and governmental entities. – Tom O’Hanlan: Tom is an accomplished business leader with 40+ years of experience building innovative companies and advancing health initiatives throughout South Carolina. Tom has proven expertise in organizational oversight, strategic planning, and community health improvement through extensive healthcare board service and philanthropic leadership. – Foster Rodwell: Foster is a finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, and private enterprises. Active in the community, Foster has served in various roles as a volunteer, board member, and finance committee member for several non-profit organizations.
