2025 Healthy Greenville Grant – GHA awarded the Julie Valentine Center $996,000 to address the Mental Health Impacts of Child Abuse/Sexual Assault.

The Julie Valentine Center in Greenville, South Carolina, is a pioneering organization addressing mental health impacts for child and adult survivors of abuse and sexual assault. The center provides comprehensive, free trauma-focused mental health services including individual and group therapy using evidence-based treatments. As the first Rape Crisis Center in South Carolina and a Nationally Accredited Child Advocacy Center, the organization offers a holistic, trauma-informed approach.
